Heavy duty GHP series caster is a high-quality polyurethane caster with "safety-first design" and "double brake full lock" function.
This is the Footmaster GHP series that has never been seen on the market with "integrated molding design and full locking casters".

1. What are the advantages of GHP casters compared with standard heavy duty caster?

(1) An "unique" full-lock braking system is used in high-load wheels. (Simultaneous locking function of wheel disc and wheel, one-button operation)

Standard heavy duty wheels only have a rotating/fixed function called wheel brake or directional lock.

However, the GHP Series features ground-breaking fully locking dual brakes that lock both the neck swivel and the wheels in just one operation

(2) Although it is a full brake, it is designed as an integrated molding top brake.

This is a heavy-duty caster that can be operate easily compared to the brakes of existing heavy-duty wheels

(3) Adopting the only integrated molding frame among high-load casters, "preventing damage" - safety-enhanced design

Existing heavy-duty wheels can only be connected to the frame and legs by welding.

However, by solving technical problems and creating an integrated moldking frame without welding, damage is fundamentally eliminated.

Additionally, thanks to this, there are no cracks or corrosion in the welding area, increasing durability and maximizing worker safety

(5) Through the enhanced heat treatment of the rotating part, the gap during long-term use is minimized - safety-enhanced design.

(a) The rotating part adopts reinforced heat-treated sheets (4 pieces), which can minimize the gap even during long-term use and prevent safety accidents due to damage.

(b) Improve durability by installing a sealing cover on the rotating part to protect the rotating part from the intrusion of external foreign matter.
